After rebuilding disaster-stricken areas at a general contractor, Fumito Matsuda co-founded HERALBONY with his younger twin brother, Takaya. Named after a mysterious phrase written during elementary school by their older brother, Shota, the company strives to pioneer new cultural landscapes through social welfare initiatives. Based in Iwate, he oversees domestic operations. Recipient of the 75th Art Encouragement Prize for New Artists (Art Promotion Division) presented by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.

Nami Kishida joined Mirairo Inc. as a founding member and served as the Head of Public Relations for a decade before launching her career as an independent author. She was selected for Forbes "30 UNDER 30 JAPAN 2020" and "30 UNDER 30 Asia 2021." At the HERALBONY Foundation, she is set to play a key role in presenting research and creating cultural movements.

1971年岩手県生まれ。大学で生理心理学・認知心理学を学んだ後、美術へ転向。1998年に知的障害のある人たちの表現と出会い、以来、人間の認識や表現、障害、社会と個人の関係について実践と思索を続ける。2007年より「るんびにい美術館」アートディレクター。2016年、知的障害のある人が講師となり、一人の人間として子どもたちと出会う「であい授業プロジェクト」を開始。2020年「しゃかいのくすり研究所」を設立。人間の異質さとの出会いから、社会のあり方を問い直す活動に取り組んでいる。

After studying psychology, Takashi Itagaki shifted to art. Since encountering the creative expressions of people with intellectual disabilities in 1998, he has explored human perception, disability, and society. He became Art Director of the Lumbini Art Museum in 2007, launched the "Deai (Encounter) Lesson Project" in 2016, and founded "Shakai no Kusuri Lab" in 2020, reimagining society through encounters with human difference.

He oversees HERALBONY's creative direction. 株式会社ユーグレナの未上場期より、取締役として事業戦略・財務・バイオ燃料領域を主に管轄。2021年より同社のCEOに就任し、全事業執行を務める。2024年同社を退職。2015年、社会課題解決に資するディーブテック投資を推進するリアルテックファンドを設立。2024年、同ファンドを運営するUntroD Capital Japanの代表取締役社長に就任。

Akihiko Nagata served as a director of Euglena Co., Ltd. from its pre-IPO phase, overseeing business strategy, M&A, fundraising, capital alliances, public relations, investor relations, and administrative departments. He became CEO of the company in 2021, where he executed all business operations, before stepping down from the company in 2024. In 2015, he established Real Tech Fund to promote deep-tech investments that address societal challenges. In 2024, he assumed the position of CEO at UntroD Capital Japan, Inc., the firm managing the fund.

ファイナンスを専門としながら、西村あさひ法律事務所・外国法共同事業におけるプロボノ・プラクティスを立ち上げ、DE&I推進にも積極的に関与する。幼少期から左足などに血管奇形の持病があり、交通事故を契機に車椅子での生活を送る。

In addition to specializing in finance, Mikiko Soga established the pro bono practice group alongside other colleagues at Nishimura & Asahi, and also has been actively involved in the firm's DE&I initiatives. She has lived with vascular malformations affecting her left leg and other parts of her body since childhood, and now uses a wheelchair following a traffic accident.
